i used paint tool sai,
i think pen brush and airbrush (fine pointy) for the lashes and eyebrows
and the water tool but i dont know the settings for it... i always changed it how i wanted to smudge xD thats the cool thing about sai ^^ you can make very much out of simple brushes by adjusting the settings to your likings ^^
im sorry im really bad at explaining =.=

actually i understand the part about changing the settings, I have to do that with photoshop and corel. I will definitely try paint tool sai, i've heard many good things about that program XD thanks so much for your explanation
